- 3 oz. semisweet chocolate (or unsweetened bittersweet, melted)
- 3/4 cup non-dairy milk
- 1/3 cup non-dairy milk (warm)
- 1/3 cup coconut oil (virgin, softened)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
