Incredible, I think it’s safe to say that these were the best chocolate cookies I’ve ever had (including non-vegan ones). Fudgy in the center but crisp on the circumference. Although they didn’t crinkle as much as I thought they would.

So great! Make sure to melt the coconut oil completely! I didn’t thinking it would break up while mixing due to it being warm but it didn’t and made some cookies look more oily. But still tasted great! Definitely one to make again!
