- 1 1/2 Tbsp. ground flax seeds (mixed with 4.5 tablespoons water let sit for 5 mins until smooth and creamy)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar (organic unrefined, fine sugar or blend to make powder)
- 1/4 tsp. fine sea salt (heaped)
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract (organic)
- 1 1/4 cups flour (I use unbleached white flour)
- 1 cup chocolate chips (vegan fair trade palmoil free, and chunks)

I added some almond milk to make the the mixture's consistency more like cookie dough. The cookies baked up nicely and were tasty.
