So tasty and flavorful! Soft on the inside. Simple and quick to prepare, basic ingredients. I just used brown sugar, no powdered, and came out great, still sweet. Will definitely make these again

Love this recipe! Used coconut milk and GF flour , husband and 9 year old loved them. Their jaws dropped when I told them there is avocado in it =).

These are awesome. I did forget to press down on them before they baked so they're basically little balls but oh well. They still taste great. More like brownie cookies. I've been sharing them with all my friends to show off how vegan desserts can still be just as good. Love love them.

These are good and satisfying. Not too sweet and no hint of avocado. The texture is smoother than "regular" cookies which my daughter doesn't love but that's her loss!! Out of habit, I sprinkled kosher salt on the top of half of the batch and used regular ole' dark chocolate chips.
