- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 1/2 sweet potatoes (peeled and cubed)
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. red curry paste
- 1/2 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
- 1/2 tsp. adobo sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions
- Start by adding your coconut milk and vegetable broth to your KitchenAid® Pro Line® Series Blender.
- Then add in the rest of your ingredients: sweet potatoes, onion, garlic, red curry paste, chipotle pepper, adobo sauce and salt. Turn the Pro Line® Series Blender to the soup setting, and hit start.
- To serve, pour the soup into individual bowls and garnish with a swirl of adobo sauce.
