- 3/4 sprig fresh thyme (use dried if you don't have it)

- 800 grams chopped tomatoes
- 2 tsp. chilli paste (Gran Luchito Smoked)
- 400 grams chickpeas
- 400 grams kidney beans
- 100 mL vegetable stock
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- rice (we used basmati & wild)
- 1 avocado (Ripe)
- 1/2 lime
- chopped cilantro
- 1/4 red onion (optional)
- vegan sour cream

"I find your lack of seasoning disturbing". what kind of chili recipe doesnt call for cumin or chili powder? do yourself a favor and throw your whole seasoning cabinet at this dish, you cant really go wrong
