I thought this was delicious & easy to make. I have no idea how it’s 8 servings. I got 4 out of it. But just really good! I will make it again.

Great recipe! Another reviewer mentioned throwing in a potato and that sounded good so I did. I’m so glad, because this curry was so good it would have disappeared even faster without it! Served mine with some toasted basmati rice and pita. We will for sure make this over and over.

This was great. Had it with some Trinidadian roti and hit the spot. Next time would throw in one white potato to make it more filling and dense.

Really good! added some garam masala because i like it. Ate it with GF bread for lunches for the week.

We made the vegan butternut squash curry, which was linked to the chickpea curry. Great and easy to make. Broccoli is a good side with it.

Delicious recipe. I'm not a huge fan of cumin so I substitute for garam massala which has cumin with a blend of other spices.
