2nd time: great! I added in hickory smoked salt at the end, used an entire pound of chanterelle mushrooms, along with 2 giant leeks and a huge sweet onion (always add extra garlic), used an entire lemon, and subbed coarse almond flour for the spelt. Top with either manchego or goat cheese.
1st time: Good- I would add garlic salt and hot sauce.
