Really good flavor. Will add quinoa and fewer tomatoes next time. I'm not a huge tomato person so it was just a bit much

Yummy and easy! Only had one tomato so used a handful of cherry tomatoes to compensate

This dish has a pretty good flavor. I added quinoa to soak up the liquid though. That's really the thing missing which is key I think.

I like to mix in the garlic just before I take it out of the oven. That way you really taste the garlic. So yummy!

Surprisingly flavorful and satisfying! I made this because I am carb-cutting, but I would make it anytime because it’s tasty and easy.

I made this recipe the other night and it did not turn out anything like the picture.Mine was tomato red and tasted like cauliflower in blah tomato juice .Will NOT be making this again

It was delicious.... my husband refuses to eat cauliflower and he loved it!.... definitely make no it again

A little bit too lemon-y. I would recommend only half a lemon squeezed in, not a full lemon.

Easy and quick recipe! Requires no expertise or fancy ingredients. Super tasty!! I mixed cauliflower and broccoli. Next time I will use less lemon, though.

Lovely! I'm not actually vegan, so I added Parmesan on top before popping it in. Very flavorful for my first cauliflower dish ever.
