Very good didn’t even have all the spices required and it still came out yummy.

I added in an extra half a cauliflower and an extra couple of tablespoons of cashews to help thicken up the sauce a little more.
This was soooo delicious. Will definitely be making it again.

i can't believe how good this turned out! I recommend soaking the cashews before blending to ensure they come out very smooth.

Really good! I highly recommend this recipe even if you‘re not the biggest fan of Indian cuisine.

Oh. My. Gosh. This came out AMAZING! Amazing. I've tried to make yummy vegan Indian food so many times and this by far was the best recipe I've tried. I cut the water down to just one cup as the other reviewer had theirs turn out more watery than they had wanted (you can always add more water if you end up wanting to). I used stewed tomatoes that had Italian seasoning in them (because I forgot what I was planning to use them for when I bought them) and somehow the dish still came out amazing. If you don't have these spices there is a kit on amazon that has little packages of all kinds of common Indian spices that I wasn't used to using. New favorite recipe! Thank you so much for posting it!
