  • 1 onion (small, chopped)
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • 1 cup button mushrooms (finely chopped)
  • 2 large potatoes (or raw banana, boiled, peeled and mashed)
  • 4 tablespoons firm tofu (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 handful coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1 handful mint leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons chilli powder

  • 3 tablespoons rice flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons oil
