Very good! Hearty, and tastes less nutritious than it actually is. The turmeric gives it nice color and a pleasant sweetness. As another reviewer mentioned, it doesn't fit well in a single pie tin, but I piled it on anyway and it still cooked uniformly well.
This could be done with lots of different vegetable fillings. I thought this particular combo was too heavy on the onion and bell pepper and too light on the broccoli, so I will try more broccoli next time. I'd also like to try spinach and mushroom with sun dried tomato and chili. I'll definitely make it again.

This will be a new regular on the menu! I added a bit of kala namak to the tofu mix and used red bell pepper, onion, broccoli, and spinach for my veggies. But you could do a million different things with veggie combos. A little cooked vegan bacon or sausage would be good too. It seemed a bit much for one pie crust (at least the ones I bought), but not quite enough for two. I went with two because I didn’t want to take a chance of it being undercooked in the center and it turned out great!

outstanding vegan dish! add some fresh chopped spinatch to the mix. also some red bellpepper for color might be nice.
