- 1/4 cup fresh dill
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (or to taste)

This turned out amazing. I have no idea why it works—I didn’t even include the nutritional yeast—but it absolutely tastes like broccoli cheese soup and even has the right consistency. My mom and sister-in-law both have dairy allergies, and I minimize dairy myself, so I’m so thrilled to have found this!

Great soup! Puréed it instead of being chunky and didn't make the croutons but those are just preference changes! Also added some nutritional yeast before serving.
