    Tasty! Even when I accidentally poured more rice in ; magically converted to a yummy peas and rice recipe! I used two cups broth and one water to decrease sodium . Served with avocado and a dollop of veganase. Will go for the soup version soon Second time around, added 2 cups veggie broth and 2 cups water; in lieu of rice, added brown rice pasta during last 8 minutes of simmer👍🏾
