First let say mine would have came out perfect if I had flour, but instead I substitute for coconut flour and they didn’t come out as perfect as I would have liked, but the taste is actually great and I will be attempting this recipe again over the weekend.

These were amazing! My new favorite pancake recipe, and even better that it’s vegan! Now I can make pancakes for my whole family.

These pancakes are great! We omitted the sugar since my husband is diabetic, and served them with blueberry “compote” (basically blueberries cooked down with water.) I also don’t recommend flipping them numerous times as they will stay fluffier if you don’t.

Recipe on Yummly is totally different than on the blog. Pancakes came out pretty doughy, so my family was my a fan.

Really good. Love them. Although I had to add way more milk than indicated probably double. But then they were perfect.

Love this recipe. I’ve had to adjust the amount of almond milk to get the consistency where it should be but they turn out delicious.

Delicious! I also added pecans and chocolate chips with a tahini and maple syrup sauce on top. Such good flavor!

Great I added more water as it was quite thick for a pancake. Batter had a delicious flavour
