The recipe was amazing. I did not use baking powder and it worked well. The only thing I will say is they cooking time is very long as the pancakes are very thick.

They worked out ok, but it was tricky to make sure they cooked through before burning, but not having them fall apart. I added some blueberries which made them a little sweeter. I would recommend using finely ground oats rather than more bulky oat bran
