- 1/3 cup solid coconut oil (or 5 tablespoons cold butter)
- 3/4 cup mashed ripe banana (about 2 medium bananas)
- 1/4 cup milk (choice, almond milk, low fat milk, etc.)
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup (or honey)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/8 tsp. fine grain sea salt
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted, or butter)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (add more if needed)

Very delicious! I used part whole wheat flour and whole spelt flour. Also quite easy to make.
I left out the glaze (too much unnecessary sugar for me), but cut the scones open and used a bit of margarine. Also nice with a bit of maple syrup.
