- 1 handful string beans (small handful, ends trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces)
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 nori sheets (crushed - optional)
- 1 pinch saffron

- 2 large garlic cloves (minced)
- 3 shallots (small, sliced)
- 1 lemon (cut into wedge)

Excellent recipe, I made half the quantity but next time will keep spices at full quantity. Never used banana blossom before preferring to jack fruit. Highly recommend cooked rice as instructed and was perfect. Will make again.
