This was great!! Even my EXTREMELY vegetarian-sceptical wife had to admit it was really good. I just added a tiny extra bit of apple cider vinegar to help round out the flavor :)

Delicious!!! I’ve been looking for a good vegan Mac and cheese and this was perfect ! Better than I could have imagined !
