  • 1 sweet potato (medium, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch slices)
  • 1 teaspoon grapeseed oil
  • 1/4 onion (grated)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 3/4 cup ketchup (natural, Trader Joe’s and Annie’s are fantastic)
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha (or other hot sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce (Annie’s brand to the rescue again!)
  • 2 rolls (lightly toasted, your choosing, I went the crusty multigrain route)
  • 1/2 avocado (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 handful sprouts
