- 1 sweet potato (cooked, c. 200 grams)
- 1 avocado (peeled and seeded c. 180 grams)
- 1 sugar apple (low-, cored, in coarse chunks including the peel c. 160 grams)
- 4 Tbsp. chia seeds (ground, That's 3 tablespoons whole seeds. Grind them in a hand-held grinder)
- 1/4 cup nuts (Hemp, hemp hearts, I add them with wet ingredients, so they grind into butter in my processor)
- 1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup coconut butter (softened)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 1/4 cups sweetener
- 1 1/2 cups raw honey
- 3/4 cup cacao powder (pure unsweetened, or cocoa)
- 1/2 cup almond meal (or flour)
- decaffeinated coffee (1 1/2 teaspoons Mt. Hagen organic, crystals)
- 3/4 tsp. salt (unprocessed)
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 cups chopped nuts (coarsely, walnuts, pecans, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower etc., soaked and toasted to remove indigestible coatings., See All About Nuts)
