- 25 grams oil (neutral tasting, I used coconut oil, melted, plus more to grease)
- 60 mL warm water
- 15 grams oil (neutral tasting, I used coconut oil, melted, plus more to grease)
- 30 grams breadcrumbs (toasted on a dry pan)
- 800 grams apples (I recommend sour apples, like Bramley)
- 100 grams sugar (*, coconut sugar for refined sugar free version)
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon (adjust to taste)
- 30 grams raisins (soaked in boiling water for 10 min, optional)
- icing sugar (to decorate)
