Although I thought too much salt, my family loved them. I was told not to lose this recipe lol. Next time just less salt!

It turned out great, I used coconut flakes when mixing the apples in and a little nut meg. Then with the sugar and cinnamon coating I used smaller coconut flakes to roll each cookie in. The entire family really loved this recipe, thank you for sharing this with our family.

Excellent! super quick and easy. I forgot the topping but it didnt matter! I also used only 1/3c raw sgar + 1Tbl rice malt syrup and they are just the right sweetness. Make sure your apple is big and sweet!! And space them greatly... they spread far!
