Very good recipe! Made with chicken, reduced the sauce then added cooked linguini noodles. Everyone loved it! Delish!

It was very good. My husband loved it. I also added a little tarragon to give it a burst of added flavor. Will definitely make this again.

Followed directions, but used chicken filets instead. Came out fantastic, much compliments around the table. Paired with angel hair and pesto. Key is directions on sauce; that makes or ruins the dish. Flavors bright and distinctive. Will definitely keep in my arsenal as definitive piccata recipe.
