    OMG! The s meal was fantastic. Went to my local meat shop and bought beautiful veal cutlets. I usually don’t fry many things, but this looked incredible. Make sure the oil is very hot; then fry 2 minutes each side. Dinner is done. Served with an Italian salad. Will make again.
