    i have never made veal chops, so i was a bit anxious as to how this would turn out due to my lack of skill in this area. Amazingly, these chops came out perfect and my husband and i thorough enjoyed them! i even substituted with white mushrooms, used red wine indtead of white snd dried parsley instead of fresh. it ddnt matter a bit The chops came out tender juicy, delicately pink and flavorful. Note: because the chops were so thick, they needed more cooking than 3 minutes on each side. Cooking time will vary according to chop thickness, pan, and of course level of heat used.
