Delicious. Have always made these with the family around the holidays but never the whole thing with the dough, I always was just in time to fill the dumplings and boil em. But WOW what time and work that are put into these dumplings is definitely worth the whole process. Always enjoying a yummy vareniki dumpling. I fry em in a butter and half and half cream sauce. DELICIOUS.
