- 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (quality, I like Mexican vanilla)
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. espresso powder
- 1 egg (large room temperature)
- 1 1/2 cups unbleached all purpose flour
- 12 oz. chocolate chunks (semi-sweet, I like the ones from King Arthur flour, but I've noticed that the grocery stores are beginning to sell them recently)
