Delicious! I used 1 cup unsweetened no-vanilla Cashew milk which was what I had and 1 cup coconut water and frozen strawberries. No ice needed. It was sweet enough but added 1/3 banana. Don't skimp on the lemon juice--I was tempted to use only half but added all of the juice to round out the flavor of the smoothie. Had to blend for longer time to lessen the graininess of the beet and apple. As an afterthought I added in 2 T ground flaxseeds and protein powder to make it a complete breakfast. A new favorite for me! Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Vanila strawberry beet smoothie is good color and easy to decorate but taste is so so not sweet enough.
No ice cube because frozen strawberry was not defrost I have put more 1 tbs honey on top(still not enough),next time should try 2 tbs and mix together.
