I noticed on my first try, it was too much heat. So I lowered it slightly. I also used coconut oil. Next time I will try it in the oven, and with something sweeter like sugar or brown sugar

WOW, these are really delicious! Didn't have vanilla beans, used vanilla extract and it tastes just fine. Next time I'll omit the cinnamon.
