- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (adjust sweetness to your taste)
- 1 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup extra virgin coconut oil (melted and cooled - make sure it cools to almost room temp)
- 1 pinch sea salt (optional)
- 2/3 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts, whatever you prefer)

This recipe is so delicious! My kids love the bars as much as I do. I used half almond and half cashew butter with pecans. I'll be making these over and over.
