Everything said about these cookies is true! Dough doesn’t stick, does take a few minutes in the mixer to come together, and the cookies kept their shape and taste great. I did reduce the flour by 3/4 cup - 3 1/4 cups flour, 3/4 cup cornstarch, and chilled overnight. Dough was very stiff to roll out, but did not stick at all without any additional flour.
