Delicious! I made double the recipe, and ended up with a good 45 cupcakes, so the recipe is for a good amount of them!

These seemed a Little to dense and not as sweet as I would like... but otherwise a perfectly edible cupcake.

They looked perfect and tasted lovely, were just a little dense for my liking - however I did use the wrong flour (normal plain flour) without checking the notes at the bottom... so probably my own fault. :)

Amazing!!!!!! I used lemon extract instead of vinegar and they were perfectly golden lemon cupcakes!!! This recipe is great and I recommend it to anyone especially new bakers because it is easy to follow.
