- 1 cup powdered sugar (sifted, sifting is important, to make sure there are no clumps of sugar)
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract (organic, I like using Simply Organic Pure Vanilla Extract)
- 1 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut milk (I used vanilla but plain is fine too!, plus more for desired consistency *You can easily substitute the coconut milk for regular milk or milk of your choice.)
