    Super delicious. I doubled the recipe because one batch was not going to fill a 7x5 pan, and even with a doubled recipe I only used a 3x5 pan. I stuck it in the freezer for 25 min and had trouble removing them from the glass pan, I’ll try lining the pan next time with parchment or clear wrap.
