I just started keto- 2 weeks in, was craving something sweet. I was skeptical especially since it took me 5 mins to make but dang these came out good! Will add cocoa powder next time. Also the mug was super hot out the microwave, this is my first microwave cake so I was not expecting super hot after 3 mins but yah I burnt myself, my fault but just be careful.
