The cupcake and the frosting both tasted good, but when I pulled the cupcakes out of the oven there was grease on the bottom of the pan. Also this was the worst frosting recipe I’ve ever used. At first it was kind of grainy and then it got super watery, then I added a whole bunch of powdered sugar and some more butter. It helped, but as soon as I put it on the cupcake it did not hold its shape at all, it slid off. Please beware if you are set on using this recipe.
