- 3 cups plantain chips (salted green)
- 2 cups coconut chips (unsweetened, see notes, I like these)
- 5 oz. banana (about 1 medium)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 1/2 tsp. gluten free vanilla extract (I like this one)
- 1/4 tsp. fine sea salt (optional)
- 3/4 cup dried blueberries (naturally sweetened, see notes, I like these)
