- 1 Tbsp. vanilla (good)
- 2 1/4 cups flour (sifted, sift first then measure, *you must do this or you'll add too much flour)
- 1/3 cup raspberry jam (or assorted)

These are easy to make and really good. I usually make them for friends and family and they never stay in the sweets plate for long

I have made these twice and they are delicious. I would suggest if you want extra flavor, also add a teaspoon of almond extract and then when rolling the balls, make a larger hole in the dough so that the cookie has more of a jam filling. Lingonberry jam tastes great in these cookies.
