- 1/4 cup butter (divided)
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta (cut into 1/2-inch cubes)
- 2 cups elbow macaroni (cooked)
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 6 Ritz Crackers (crushed, about 1/4 cup)

Directions
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Melt 3 Tbsp. butter in medium saucepan on medium heat. Whisk in flour; cook 2 min., stirring constantly. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to boil; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until thickened. Add VELVEETA; cook 3 min. or until melted, stirring frequently. Stir in cooked macaroni.
- Spoon into 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with cheddar. Melt remaining butter; toss with cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over casserole.
- Bake 20 min. or until heated through.

it tastes amazing. i did have to add about 1 cup more milk than the recipe called for.

I want to make this again and not be in such a hurry. i only got to taste it as a leftover but I thought it was good. That being said, it was leftover so how good can it be? Turns out it was a super crazy night in our house so dinner wasn’t priority. My daughter wasn’t a fan of cracker topping but we were. easy fix! i will make this again when i can give it the TLC it deserves

I think the portions on the Mac is off made a much smaller 7x10 inch pan of Mac & cheese also the roux was VERY thick & I had to add more milk to make it stir able

I added leftover thanksgiving ham. Really good and creamy. The crust did not do well in a toaster oven, it pretty much got kinda burnt. Use a regular oven.

I have a wheat allergy and tried a gluten free verison of it and it was delicious!!! I put it in for 15 min. in the oven and used cherrious as the crumble. I would LOVE to make it again! I would definatly recommand this to a friend!
