    Am I missing something there was no mention of tomatoes in the ingredients? Suddenly I needed to add them to the onion/garlic? Back to the supermarket .... doh!

    I took a few liberties with the recipe but all said and done it was amazing! Super easy to put together and delicious! What did I do differently? (1) used a pre made marinara sauce to mix with lentils, onion and garlic, (2) added fresh basil, (3) didn’t add pepitas, (4) added Chinese five spice and nutmeg to the ricotta mixture.
