- 15 oz. tomato sauce (canned, or crushed tomatoes)
- 1/2 cup salsa verde (mild or medium, or your favorite salsa!)
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 15 oz. black beans (drained + rinsed)
- 15 oz. pinto beans (drained + rinsed)
- 1 cup corn (fresh, canned, or frozen)
- 3/4 cup red lentils (dried)
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (*, optional – see notes)

- tortilla chips (crushed, my favorite!)

Lovely. Very tasty, like a Mexican chili without mince. Put it in the instapot, super easy. Used skyr instead of cream. Slankie cheese on top. No salsa and no pico de gallo. Jalapeno only on top. Served with tortilla slices from the oven.
