  • 2 tablespoons spring onion (roughly chopped)

  • 2 tablespoons Chinese cooking wine
  • 1/8 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon oil (a lightly flavoured olive oil or macadamia oil would be awesome)
