- 1 piece canela
- 1/2 cup onions (sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 cups vegetables (chopped, I use carrot, beans, peas, baby corn)
- 1 cup basmati (or any long-grained rice)
- 1 cup coconut milk (thin, optional, replace with water if not using)
- 1 cup water

Omg this was my first Pressure Cooker meal. It turned out great, my wife loved it. Will definitely make it again.
