  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 jalapenos (large, seeds removed and diced)
  • 1 green onions (6-8 bunch, sliced thin)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/3 cup bacon bits (REAL, or 2-3 slices of bacon, crumbled, plus 2 Tablespoons for garnish I use these)
  • 2 pepper jack cheese (reserve 1/2 cup for garnish)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
