I’ve made this twice now and even my picky children love it. Delicious!

Really liked this spin off of a traditional stuffed cabbage. Added a red pepper. I’ll add less rice and more cabbage next time! The dollop of sour cream was a nice touch.

Delicious! I too added carrots and red bell peppers to mine. I don't like standing at a stov. so I cooked cabbage, half onions and rice in crockpot on high for 1 hour. Then I cooked beef, onions and mushrooms in skillet. Mixed together in crockpot and simmer for 1 hour. worked great for me.

I prepared this as a meal to pop in the freezer and bake for another day. I love the variation of this recipe without the tomato... it's a nice twist on undone cabbage rolls. I omitted the garlic powder and used a lot of fresh garlic. Thanks for sharing!

Good added some 2 tbsp soy sauce though to taste.
