My non-low carb husband said this is one of his favorite soups! I love that it’s quick and easy, but still full of flavor!

Absolutely delicious. I had to make some changes on the herbs due to what I had and then forgot to pick up the canned tomatoes so I used some paste and added a cup of broth to make up for the lacking liquid. So quick, so flavorful. Easy clean I up. I made it on the stove top and was done in less than the 30. This will be a staple this winter!
