- 1 Flax egg (1 tbsp flaxseed meal + 2.5 tbsp water)
- 4 oz. unsweetened applesauce
- 4 Tbsp. butter (Earth Balance, melted)
- 1/4 cup ricotta (almond, see below)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 3/4 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup banana (strawberry, mixture)
- 14 strawberries (blend with banana + lemon juice)
- 1/2 banana (blend with strawberries + lemon juice)
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice (blend with strawberries + banana)
- 2 cups slivered blanched almonds
- 3 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1 cup water
- 4 Tbsp. banana (strawberry, mixture)
- 4 Tbsp. butter (Earth Balance, melted)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 1/2 cups powdered sugar (organic)
