This is a very flavorful and moist meatloaf.. I only had a pound of turkey and it worked out fine. I used portobello mushrooms. I think if I had used the 1 1/4 lb of turkey it would have been a little firmer. Will definitely make it again.

Loved by everyone! Not dry and good flavour. I was nervous when making it when it said to spread out on a tray that it would just fall flat when cooking but it didn’t. I shaped it in a loaf tin first and then turned it out onto the tray so that it would look at least a little loaf shaped! Everyone wanted more!

Yum! Very good. I didn’t change the recipe at all and we liked it a lot. The leftovers were delicious too.
