- 2 cups shredded carrot (finely)
- 2 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 pkg. unagi (warmed according to package directions)
- 6 sheets nori
- seasoning (toasted sesame ginger, I wrote about my discovery here)
